Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the psychometric properties of a novel, patient-reported outcome (PRO) measure, the Hypoparathyroidism (HPT) Symptom Diary (HPT-SD), using data collected during a cross-sectional, noninterventional, observational study.
